Bears Trail, Border Trail and a lot more...

The first week in our high season is over and the programs were run at moderate temperatures, but only a very little bit of sun. Corinna and Sanne were on tour with "winterweek plus", Konstantin was on Bears Trail and Erik and Simone were on Bordertrail. During the trip some small trail-repairs were done - thanks a lot to our guests for their active help. Not all rocks and cut trees have yet completely disappeared under the snow and sometimes we get stuck on a piece of wood.  But in the end, everything went fine and musher and dogs returned happy and tired from tours on Friday or Saturday afternoon.

As Goodbye-surprise on Saturday evening, we got a plate-and bowl-concert by Lotti and Herwart. Thanks a lot once more for this nice musical surprise. Great, what nice sound you can get out of normal plates and bowls!

The weather - once more - is playing crazy at the moment. Temperatures just above zero, a lot of wet snow and therefor a lot of overflow on rivers and lakes make us looking for alternative trails again. It seems like this winter we never get bored by running on the same trails every week. Nevertheless, tomorrow the next group of Bears Trails starts out, 2 more will follow on Thursday. And luckily the temperatures will drop below zero again soon.  Never give up - We simply adjust our routes to ok-trails and have always a good change! Of course we hope for our guests, that the sun can be seen again at normal length soon, more than that was the case last week.
